We live in Johnsonville, quite high up, so snow settled quite nicely, unlike in the Wellington CBD. Will post a couple of pictures soon...

We had some snow in Newmarket! It didn't settle on the ground but there were definitely a few flakes floating in the air.

About 10am we had heavy snow in New Plymouth. Snowed for about 30 minutes.  Never happened here before than anyone local can remember.  FANTASTIC!!  I can die happy now Laughing   (not that I plan on doing that anytime soon)

It was snowing quite hard here on the waterfront in Wellington. Nothing stayed though as it melted when it hit the ground. My phone cam isn't up to taking pictures of snow so no photos :(

Another big shower about to hit Pukekohe. It was definitely snow last time. Will try and get the video camera out this time.

My views (except when I am looking out their windows) are not those of my employer.

I saw someones video of 'snow' in pukekohe on the herald website.

It was not snow.   It was a mix of sleety hail.

Snow floats on air currents.

I know snow, having lived in scandinavia.
