I got an invite from Alienware to attend the Battlefield 3 launch in Auckland - but I can't make it!

So after some email exchange we agreed I can find two lucky Geekzone gamers (in Auckland or you might want to travel on your own to Auckland) that would like to attend this event - and even be in to win an Alienware gaming rig while there.

How to enter: post a photo of your existing gaming rig, or a screenshot of your best gaming moment in this thread and I will draw two winners on the 21st. Remeber to upload the photo to your Geekzone gallery and use the BBCode from the gallery page to post it. If you can't do this, then you are not geek enough to be there!

Just to be clear: you must be in Auckland or you can make your own way there. We are not paying travel!

And you better behave well and show a good name for Geekzone while there too!

Also notice we will not give this prize to newcomers. Yes, I know, it sounds mean, but it's the rule I am putting here. Only Geekzone users who were registered before I posted this can win in this giveaway.

Good luck!

Thanks for the chance! My gaming rig right now is my good old laptop lol.

It was a beast with 8600M GT back in the days! Note the fan's not turning as that heat sink is doing too good of a job ;)

I gave it an USB sound card Asus U1 so it sounds damn good :D

Overall setup. Hope I get to see BF3!

Cheers!

Here is my rig. She may not look like much but she's got it where it counts, kid! (As in, enough to play BF3 on medium settings haha)

would so love to win this, have spent way to many hours / 100's of hours playing Bad Company 2 and cant wait to roll Battlefield 3.

Unfortunately my gaming rig is also my server so I dual boot into Win7 for gaming or Win 2008 which runs SBS 2011 (amongst other things) in hyper v where all my email etc comes in. Other stuff there includes my HP Printer / Scanner, TP Link wireless access point, cisco 877 router, buffalo terastation NAS and HP UPS.

Did a quick google for this launch date. The release date I found for NZ was sunday week (30th). Is that the date for the launch party too?
