I just had an idea; now that most of us spend a LOT of time in front of a PC, I was thinking about geeky jobs that require mental stimulation but do not require much time on a PC.

Any ideas?

Hardware in the field.

ie Network upgrades or any of the non IT specific technical fields, ie process automation, access control, fire panel, alarm panels, HVAC controllers etc etc.
