Hi There!
Just wondering if anyone knows of anyone lending money at <10% right now (Secured is fine).
Needs to be available to the general public.
Thanks.

depends for what purpose. All banks lend money for mortgages at far less than 10%

This may sound obvious but your best bet is to ring the banks and find out for sure.
