Just wanting to know what doctors/gp you use or would recommend?

Ive got a doctor which is in sandringham but im on the north shore now so wanting to have a doctor close by.
Also a doctor which wouldnt cost an arm and a leg  would be appreciated.

They all cost about the same don't they, after the government subsidy.Generally you have to enrole, and there is a shortage of doctors in NZ, so actually finding one that will take you on could be difficult.

I used to go to the Apollo Medicala Centre when I lived up that way and found the level of service to be quite good, however I found they were a little on the expensive side (after 6PM fees, public holiday surcharges etc.)

My only complaint was I found sometimes they were a little too quick to "prescribe" to fix a problem!
