Lazy is such an ugly word, I prefer to call it selective participation
jonb: Was looking for a case for an LG P500 mobile, I noticed the mobile phone manufacturers in this trademe list are a little out of date. I had a nice Alcatel phone back in 2000..

keewee01: Would seem logical to take it up with TradeMe - they are usually pretty good about adding/changing category options for valid reasons.

The one that gets me is the location searches. Like for cars you get all NZ or just one specific location. In Palmerston North I want to know about Taranaki, Whanganui, Palmerston North, Kapiti, Wellington, Wairarapa, Hawkes Bay etc and I have to do this across 5 tabs or something. I'd love to be able to select results from each of those regions etc.

Probably the easiest way to do that, is go to Browse - choose your category and then go More Options and in the right hand drop down box choose Current Listings and then in the field to the left type in $1 reserve.
If you wanted to choose all of Computers, you just click the Computer link at the top, otherwise just choose what area you want.
Hope that helps

Cheers, that is useful, but correct me if I'm wrong, that will only find auctions where people SAY they are $1 reserves?
