Ah thanks. Mine shouldn't be awol as long as yours, I pay $4 a month! This is the worst I've noticed from them though, not that I even check it every day.
They advertise 99.99% uptime for all their plans (I'd check this but their own site is down too :P). That's up to about 4 minutes of downtime each month. I'm getting 97.7% uptime, which is about 2 days!
Are their servers NZ based though, or are they a reseller of US hosting? Do they have a status page discussing the problem? Give them a call if you aren't getting any answers via email. 5 hours is a pretty long time, although I have known hosts to be down for weeks.
Chainsaw: They are NZ servers. Their own website is down too. I've emailed them but had no reply, their email thingys are probably down too!
Did you manage to get it sorted? They probably should have a status page hosted elsewhere, as it is not much good having a status on the same server as the server that may have problems.
