Now, I don't watch a great deal of OTA TV, but I've yet to notice any advertising whatsoever for the give way rule changes. Maybe it's been all over the papers and I just haven't seen it. Given that it's less than 2 weeks away, I would've thought they'd be all too happy to throw incalculable amounts of tax dollars into advertising it.

At any rate, someone pointed me to this site which I thought was quite clever which demonstrates/tests you on the new changes.
