Here's hoping the "organisers" have been suitably charged.

It's hard for the reputation of skateboarding to be tarnished any more than the stereotypical skateboarder has already done for the hobby, but making it look bad for the young kids is a bit rough.

Good on the other bloke standing his ground, hope he did manage to get the law involved.

I've edited OP and added the video clip.

The organisers trying to calm down the guy are offenders too - might not be physical, but they were trying to make him go away, without actually taking in consideration the bully guy in brown shirt was actually slapping people around.

A shame.

I see the organiser on Stuff's article claims that the guy trying to stop the bullying was in fact the culprit and that they are completely in the right. Disgusting.

I sure hope both they and the sponsors are charged for the cleanup and some criminal charges laid in relation to the bullying.
