Any changes to us stragglers still on 100/100 via BigPipe? I'm late to the party and apologise if this has already been answered in the preceding 17 pages... My OCD would rather I stay on 100/100 than get a weirdo asymmetric connection....

I think we have been abandoned by Bigpipe. No comms from them at all.

It is close to Christmas so I don’t want to change ISP now. But I am really a bit annoyed by Bigpipe and may jump ship sometime next year.

Even Skinny has updated the website (100/20 updated to 300/100), same as Spark.  Bigpipe? Nothing!

Nothing from 2degrees here either; though my upload speed went to 100Mb/s - download stayed on 100Mb/s

Their website has not changed from the 100/20

My upload is now 100 but download is 150-160, as per VF everything has been done from their side and Chorus 😟. Anyone else experiencing this?

In this thread 2 degrees staff have stated they expect the 300/100 change to happen in December (early I think, but no exact date given, and I can't be bothered searching the thread to check)
There will be an email to announce the change.

I've waited since the beginning of September when this was announced.
I'll survive (just) a couple more weeks, but like many, do want my new toy now so I can look at it and go ohhh shiny. 

The reality is only the upload will make a difference to me and this is already enabled now :)

@decibel What do you mean nothing from 2degrees, Have you reviewed the thread? 2degrees have made it very clear they are moving 100/20 to 300/100 at no extra cost for customers

I expected a communication of some sort from 2degrees, outside this thread.  (not all 2D customers are on Geekzone.)

There is also nothing on their website.  It is not that I an complaining big-time,  but like @KrazyKid, I too, am waiting til I can push the shiny buttons.  👍

It may not happen till your billing period flips over, at least that's when I got it, though I'm on Now.

On Bigpipe here, went from 100/10 to 100/100. I do have a bottleneck of the Fritzbox 7390 I think which is not a gigabit router so may infact be 300/100, not sure. Need to find something better...

7390 should have gigabit Ethernet, although it probably won't be able to route gigabit, those speeds look exactly like you have a link somewhere only negotiating 100mbps. Even on the 100/20 plan you should consistently get just over 100mbps download - weird that you were seeing 100/10 (or I'm assuming 93/10) before the upgrade.

Hmmmm Bigpipe now have 2 plans at the same cost....   I changed from 100/100 to 900/500 last month as on no contract, so I'm going to be flipping back to the $79 one with this news.
