worth pointing out, it seems the SNR graph may be a little misleading..

in the code, that graph is generated from sar:status/StatMinSNR, minimum SNR being the point here..

which makes sense in terms of what we have been seeing..

i know personally, i have always taken it as an average...

another thing to look at.. anyone know if snap make use of TR069 to push out firmware upgrades?

harsh.. im still stuck on DLM-2, gotta call snap at some point, ask them to find out from chorus why they said they were resetting DLM and never actually did it - been averaging 0.1 CRCPM..

you also have a odd latency profile.. what sort of line card are you on?

well, that blows my theory out of the window..

wonder if chorus are changing up the profiles a little now (why you would choose 14/16ms is a little beyond me however..)

I have seen up to 2ms latency differences on other lines before, nothing much to worry about AFAIK.

nothing to worry about as such, but curious none the less..

gotta put some leway into my tool i suppose.. latencys, INPs, both seem to float about and make it hard to say the least..

FWIW since downgrading firmware to the older fritz firmware (on advice for Snap Support), I've consistently had DLM-1, even through all the bad weather.

yep, that firmware is pretty bad..

hopefully the new beta one gets more stable at some point..

does anyone have a record of the exact bit levels inwhich the bands fit into.. i cant seem to find the query to get it out of the .22 firmware (i remember the .51 did spit it out however.)

You mean the frequencies of the upstream and downstream bands? I think I have that somewhere.

yeah, preferably what bins fit into which bands, exactly rather than my close approximations.. but frequencies can be calculated off too.

For .22 it's sar:status/USBandConfig. That's the range of bins used for upstream, I assume all other bins are downstream.

{

"sar:status/USBandConfig": "87,147"

}

there we are! i was trying BandConfig and BandConfigXML as it is in the other window..

i just noticed something in the jscript iv been looking at.. not sure why i didnt click to it lastnight....

var US_band_config = new Array(87,147);

-___-

what is the output from a 17a line? 8b having only the one US band..

At least for mine it's:
"sar:status/USBandConfig": "87,147,204,347,406,511"

I'm not sure if there is any way to tell what the highest used bucket is on 8b other than to look at the bit loadings.
