Glad you are up and running. Sorry for the delay getting you sorted there.
It looked like we had a bug on the MSAN. If we set the encapsulation mode on an MSAN port (e.g to VCMUX), occasionally the MSAN appears to also overwrite the VPI/VCI settings on the port from 0/100 to 1/32.
We have not noticed this behavior on our other MSANs and have put a patch in place to stop this happening again.
