For $5 you get unlimited YouTube and they also host a Steam content server, which is 0 rated for their customers :D You may find yourself not using as much data and able to save a few pennies too!
Split that $145 into 5 and you've got super cheap, minimal issue, awesome speed broadband with a lovely customer service team.
I've been with Snap for a couple of years, Haven't got any complaints speeds always great and faults normally resolved pretty quickly. Looks like they've started some game servers in ChCh recently too which is awesome with 5-10ms ping.

DravidDavid: I'm voting for Slingshot. I might be a little bias considering I work for them. But I was a perfectly valid customer a year before I did on their unlimited plan and I'm still an avid fan today.
Slingshot are delivering unlimited broadband at a reasonable price even when Telecom (the guys that own the place!) told all BigTime customers (including me) it was no longer a profitable business venture.
Right, that "unlimited" broadband limited only by the massive traffic shaping applied to you and all the others in the pool trying to download the internet? Give me a break.
Slingshot's pricing and plans are uncompetitive now. Especially their naked options. Since they're not offering premium service, and shape the hell out of traffic even on capped plans, they just don't stack up as a sensible option at the present time.

I haven't had much of an issue. Only a few times have I had severe slow downs. But when I say slow down I mean I'm not getting 17.5Mb/s anymore. I'd be happy to pay 100 dollars for a guaranteed 5mb/s line. But with Slingshot I get a 17Mb connection 90% of the time for 70 dollars per month. Its a pretty good deal if you ask me.
Slingshot are offering a 250GB plan for 60 dollars now which to my knowledge is not "shaped" or "prioritized".
Slingshot all the way, the unlimited plan is just the thing for a family of 5. We have never had an issue with them and if you manage to get on the better network you can get Annex M which will give you much better upload speed. They also do PPPoE connections which gives you the ability to do a full bridge connection.
