I didn't. I pulled out an old rta1320v6 I was using in half bridge mode prior to getting the Draytek and generated the graph using that.

I'm now on VDSL so posting an update....

Rather impressed with the results:

ADSL sync: 17481/1023 Kbps
VDSL Sync: 54425/10342 Kbps
Downstream is 211% increase (twice as fast)
Upstream is a 911% increase (9 times faster)

Amazing the difference DLM "disabling" after the 10 day period makes. The internet is so much more "snappier"

Modem Sync rates:

Detailed stats:
xdslcmd info --stats
xdslcmd: ADSL driver and PHY status
Status: Showtime
Retrain Reason: 1
Max: Upstream rate = 36040 Kbps, Downstream rate = 53904 Kbps
Path: 0, Upstream rate = 10342 Kbps, Downstream rate = 54425 Kbps

Link Power State: L0
Mode: VDSL2
StandardUsed: G.993.2_Annex_A
AllowedProfiles:8a,8b,8c,8d,12a,12b,17a,30a
VDSL2 Profile: Profile 17a
TPS-TC: PTM Mode
Trellis: U:ON /D:ON
Line Status: No Defect
Training Status: Showtime
Down Up
SNR (dB): 11.9 30.7
Attn(dB): 0.0 0.0
Pwr(dBm): 10.6 5.4

Ping
Awesome results for local, shame about the ping to geekzone, not too sure why I'm hitting the Sydney servers (Cloudfare?) I thought the servers weres hosted in an Albany data center?

Your maths is wrong

54.4mbps is 312% greater than 17.4mbps :)

its a pity that your modem doesn't show your attenuation

DLM doesn't disable after 10 days, it runs on your line forever.
Of course, it stabilises after it finds a suitable profile. But the profile could be switched by DLM at any time in the future if line conditions change or more people around you pile into VDSL.

Hence the "disabling" in quotes, the impact DLM has from the packet inspection is greatly reduced after the first 10 days.
