Has anyone actually upgraded their 302g firmware?

I downloaded and flashed the latest NZ firmware on the Dlink site but all I get is 4 flashing lights.

Luckily the firmware installer Telecom have on their site can actually has an option to fix a bad flash (which is what the 4 flashing lights represent).

Ive tried it several times but get the same thing all the time and have to use the Telecom instalelr to fix the modem everytime.
