2. 10Mb wireless link, unlimited usage

3. 2 adults, 2 primary schoolers.

4. Jan 32G, Feb 127G, Mar 63G, Apr 89G, May 42G (so far)

January was very low because we were away for 2 weeks.

1. Xtra

2. ADSL FS/FS (which despite being 900m from the DSLAM, and having 8mbit/s ADSL downstream rate = up to 4Mbit/s down, 800kbit/s up )

3. P2P, online games, email and web server (~200MB/month), Ubuntu and Windows updates, youtube and streaming radio. Shared between 6 people, only 3 big users though.

4. Consistently, 30GB a month.

The Pro plan's full-speed upstream and static IP is great.

4. 5GB < Average usage < 10GB
Dec 5.8GB, Jan 6.0GB, Feb 6.0GB, Mar 7.5GB, Apr 9.6GB

Would be better suited to a 10GB plan, but Orcon doesn't have one.
An Orcon 5GB plan + 5GB autosense = same $$$ as 15GB plan anyway...

1,   Was on WiMax but moved house so had to moved to paradise. Also HSDPA w/ Voda

2,   10mbit / 80gig      Mobile :   200mb - 400mb

3,   2 Adults with alot of mates who come around. Alot of trademe. But my needs change alot... Sometimes server testing others times for large ISO's etc. Alot of Automotive e-books/iso. 8gig + each DL Disk. Im finding YouTube quite good when having a few drinks at night with others... Ticks up quite a bit.   Alot of bandwidth goes between work and home.

4,   I use right to the end of the limit each month. Couldnt handle just giving away bandwidth at the end of the month.... Although that mind set started when i for forced to be on ADSL.

2. Cable 2Mb/4Mb 10GB cap

3. Mainly me, but two brothers, sister and dad use it for gaming related stuff (playing, videos etc), news and work.

4. I usually try to make the most of 10GB so it's normally around 90% but I try and keep the usage under the cap otherwise I could go over it easily.

this was before I left for the US

1. ISP : TCL Cable

2. Cable 4/2 @ 20GB

3. 2 adults, browsing, email, mail server, web server, torrents (6+ tv shows a week), itunes music downloads, some iso's/etc from MSDN, tho not often

4. Normally around 30GB a month. If the shows we watch are off season, it drops to around 6. We were right on the break even point of the 10/2@40GB plan (the overage made it the same, but TCL couldn't provide 10/2 for some reason.)

2. Connection type and plan = ADSL Pro 15 Gb/month fs/fs

3. What your connection gets used for = 2 adults and 1 child (9 years), Battlefield 2142, torrents, PS3, Club Penguin, email etc.

4. Average usage or total usage by month = Since I got the PS3 we would be averaging 14 Gb/month!

ADSL 5GB Plan (capped)

2 adults - email, surfing,gaming, downloading internet radio, tv3 news clips

5GB +/- 1GB

download speed limited by mini-dslam and 2MB backhaul (1km from city boundary)

i'd probably watch more TV clips if I could get full speed, it s POS at the moment watching TV3 news clips, quite often they stall

4.Average 40GB/month at the moment (potentially 90GB this month, used 65GB with over week to go)

(average based over only 4 months including 1.5 months that had no usage due to computer problems, more acurate average would be about 60-70GB month)
