Bee: My rules for outages: applies to power and internet outages.

1. confirm service doesnt work.
2 WAIT 30 minutes for it to come back
3. if its still not up then use alternative device or someone elses internet to check providers webpage / facebook page for an explanation and ETA.


This works for me pretty much everytime. :)
