richms: What address was on the concent form? That should be where they can install it to?

Found a copy. Their usual street address is hand written on the form (which looks like you just download the template from the chorus website)

I would just tweet chorus and see if they can get it resolved, they are pretty good on social.

Please PM me the address you need it connected at. I have access to other tools which may be more up to date and have detailed information on the specific address.

The map on the Chorus website, although accurate, is by comparison quite generalised.

Moving into Stonefields (Vialou Lane) and just noticed we are out of the fibre zone and next planned install is 2017.  How accurate are these maps as I thought that most of Stonefields in Auckland had fibre setup already.

This is a new build and just finished this month.

See below for 2 conflicting views on the Chorus page...  Seems like its a matter of millimetres :-)
One shows we are in zone, the other shows that we are not.

It's actually 16B Vialou. The address keeps defaulting to 22. Could you check 16B please ?

Hmm - I see your dilemma - The Chorus Portal shows that address status as Planned. I'll see if I can get any further info and come back to you.
