TimA: Just to confirm. The IP of the website: 119.224.64.218 belongs to: static.slingshot.co.nz
That would make me believe this is a residential service? Call plus run business plans but the IP range would be labelled as CallPlus.
Strange.

ZaneThoms: My apologizes Networkn i was merely trying to show you all that I am only human and am not here just for your money. As for sending off this email I only rushed ahead with it as 24/7 has now gone offline once again. I plan to get the website looking professional within the next week was just a rush job to get it working.
ZaneThoms: Thanks for your advice networkn, do appreciate it. Will be working through the night here to try get things on track. I dont want to miss this opportunity nor annoy people.
Cheers

TimA: The address listed on WHOIS (Public Info) shows a house in Chorus EUBA, ADSL, VDSL 2 area.
There is no Fibre available.
So in the case that there is content being hosted from a home address and if that's where they decide to host their services. It would be on a 30-45Mb/s VDSL connection at best. On a residential Slingshot connection. My query about how much Bandwidth is available might have exposed this one fact?

Andib: It's offical, you have crashed my outlook. Whenever I try and open it the 7000 address email causes it to lockup and crash... Great.
As for the unsolcited spam, I'm sure the DIA will no doubt recieve at least a few complaints from some of the recipients
