wally22: Yes, no mobile signal, no signal for RBI Wireless. Really hoping that being on the arbitrary "border" on the map is the only reason ADSL has been turned down. If there is anyone from Chorus here that could look into it and see if the Conklin has any spare capacity?

Don't write off RBI wireless completely. With various antenna options, it may be possible to still get this service. Flick me a PM if you would like me to investigate further.

Well the upgrade to OHA/G has started! I drove past the cabinet yesterday on the way to help a neighbour with his haymaking and a 2 man crew from Trans services? were there. Placed another box on top of the cabinet and were installing a 7330 ISAM and a power aupply. They said other teams were to follow for other work to do with the upgrade. I initially asked them if the cabinet was a Conklin and they said no. They seemed to know what a Conklin was or perhaps they didn't and just fudged it. I checked back at 7:00pm after they haymaking was rained out and they were still there with a large yellow and white tent around them and the cabinet. They had been hoping to finish at 6:00pm. I offered words of encouragement for their efforts to improve our rural experience.

As UFB Installer suggested, that Road is connected to OHA/J currently and best to wait to see when OHA/G is upgraded from a Conklin to an RBI cabinet by Transfield Services if the address is covered (probable). If so then they should get VDSL.

So keep an eye on the maps.
