That's because your address is still listed as 'Fibre Status Unknown' in the Chorus system. But since it's on the Chorus map it should be fine.

Atleast you have UFB past your door My ISP sent me an email saying congratulations UFB is now live in your area would you like to upgrade well yes dammit I would like to upgrade but for one small problem that being UFB is yet to come past my door or that of any door in Tamatea Napier

Hi, unfortunately there's no ISP integration with chorus's new qualification system yet so ISP's are relying on flat text files, shape files and legacy chorus systems to determine eligibility. These aren't updated as quickly as builds are completed so there can be a bit of a lag from a 'yes' with chorus to a 'yes' with an ISP's address checker.

If you see a 'yes' on chorus's system and a 'no' on an ISPs, best to call the ISP as they should be able to manually request/provision the service (YMMV, depending on the manual capabilities of the ISP).

This is true for all other LFC's as well.
