 any idea if they'll add 12a, 6db snr margin etc type profiles?
 

They will be changing the profiles yes to make them more efficient - not sure of exact details yet.

 and is there any way to get in as a test user on this? :) 


No - unless you are in Howick where it is being trialed on most cabinets over the next couple of months.
