Your sync will depend on your distance from cabinet, but IMO there's absolutely nothing wrong with those speeds for VDSL. Mine syncs at 29/10 and I'm perfectly happy with that. It's more than I got on ADSL by a good wack, especially the increase in upload which is massive.
