Vodafone won't offer Fibre to there cable customers whats with that!!!!

$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$

Because there is more profit for Vodafone with cable ... the cable network is owned by Vodafone, so VF don't have to pay a second party (eg Chorus) to use their fibre network.

Cable is currently performing so badly that anybody in their right mind would prefer fibre.  smile

fibre? come now, im sure in some points there your better with adsl ;)

A cynical business decision to maximize the value of the HFC network they acquired from TelstraClear and wring every last cent of profit they can out of it.

I have Spark fibre with that exact plan and no complaints so far (although I tend to do downloads as opposed to video conferencing).
