No harm checking the chorus website every pay cycle though! That's what happened to me. Website said Oct, cables laid in May/June. No UFB will Oct ??10. Something like that ... I was ecstatic!

APparently after laying the ducts (no cable, only ducts, cable only blown on your install day), they have to build the exchange.
