I'm with Spark.

in that case, pass me the details and i'll prod.

our sessions do work as described above currently at this time. but it sounds like it's not preforming as it should - could be a profile issue is rare though!

Wow!, Super service from @hio77 and the other VDSL professionals here.

Speed tests are now returning 111/27 Mbps from the 124/30 Mbps modem sync.

A very good question was posed by the team during the investigation asking if my cabling on the related network was all running at Gigabit speeds. I assumed from all indications that it was but it ate away at me enough to make me hook up a new second CAT6 path between the router and modem.

I replaced all CAT6 patch cables also just to sure. However, the VDSL team were also working on some profile stuff at the same time.

Either way, a very happy VDSL Vectoring customer and for those interested, Yes, you can get 110+ Mbps download out of good old copper wire (with the experts help!)

Thank you all.

Just to be clear, this is now fixed across board, so no experts are required :)

Might just need a reboot of the modem to reflect if anyone else gets it.
