Yes don't fiddle with it. You got 50 meg, thats pretty good. Getting a few extra wont make hardly any difference.
With respect guys, I'm not really interested in what you think.
Especially given one of you is proudly advertising that you get 792.18mps downloads :-)

I'm not about to say don't tinker, but take caution with it.
In my time messing with VDSL, i have bricked ports a good 5 or 6 times requiring a soft reset.
Twice requiring a hard reset - those are not pretty.
I've also broken my profile on ddDLM more than i can count..
on the upside, i've learnt alot through that.. had abit of fun.
at home i run down close to 1dB.. Rural line hardly gets any noise, so I don't really follow what i say........

with respect maybe you should listen to people with more knowledge than you?
your not on 17a because dDLM thinks there is something on your line that makes it not worth going to 17a, maybe try and fix that first?
@beaglenz I have been in the same spot as your in the past. You can see in the image the cabinet on my boundary line and the arrows show where my cable went... Yep.. Some things are just not as ideal as one wants.
I got @coffeebaron in and he did some wiring for maybe a 10% increase but more stability overall. Allowed me to SNR tweak and get around 40-45Mb/s on 8B, This is in 2013-2014 when there was no vectoring or 998 bandplan or what ever it was. I ended up complaining for ages and getting port resets done (Do not do this, just makes it worse every time), DLM reset done, tech out etc and never saw anything better than 52Mb/s. At one point I made enough noise for Chorus to do some testing on my line and enable a manual 17A profile which got me 70Mb/s with shocking stability and the actual throughput was worse than before as there were too many errors on the line.
As someone who knows what it is like to be where you were (My last flat had 30Mb/s VDSL) it does suck but sometimes you just got to accept what you have been dealt. Don't go demanding people help you here or be rude. All they can do is suggest a couple things to improve your end of the deal and apart from that you are stuck with what you got.
Finally got fibre for myself at the new place and holy moly, never had such a stable connection with low latency!
beaglenz:
I am about the same distance from my cabinet as you, have virtually identical line stats to you (10/13 attenuation and 6/5 SNR vs your 11/11 and 6/6), do connect at 17A and my current sync rate is... 65Mbps down and 10Mbps up. So 17A is not necessarily going to be an amazing speed boost even if you get it.
I don't know much about VDSL compared to some people here, but what I do know is that it works in mysterious ways. There is almost certainly a reason it has negotiated the profile it has (my guess is something to do with the higher power on 8B), and trying to force something else is not likely to result in a better speed or quality of service.
