My experience was overwhelmingly positive. Scope/install done in a single visit, ONT placed in the home office room, all done in about 45 minutes (granted, aerial installation, no digging required).

Actually so was mine. Appointment brought forward from original date and scoping/installation all done on the day, despite the fact that all my services are underground and previous copper cabling buried underneath asphalt driveway (not in conduit). Slot cut in driveway required and cabling via crawl space underneath house. More like 3.5 hours because of this, but they actually did a very tidy job.

From what I've heard from Visionstream sub-contractors, they are not paid for the scoping visit.

As Chorus has posted, "they are outcomes based and not paid based on visits."
