Same conclusion I came to. Can't afford another house deposit, unfortunately. Stuck on 22/3.5 on a good day. 15/0.7 on a bad one. :(

 

I don't know anyone within LOS that has UFB, either. My pair of NBE‑5AC‑Gen2's are just collecting dust at the moment.

 

My ADSL is 13/0.6 on a good day. RBI 4G does 30/5 so split appropriate traffic over that to help (but higher latency and capped).
