Agreed. 

 

A user-created fault is not a good enough reason to send out a tech. 

 

 

 

Most ONTs will reprovision themselves when they boot up.

I recall the days I didn't know what hit me going from Jetstart 128k to 256.

 

 

 

I recall the days of the incremental upgrades in US Robotics Sportster Modem , going from 14.4. 28.8, 33.6 up to 56k

 

We then got 64k ISDN and though we were dead flash when we got dual bonded 64k ISDN for 128k 😂
