Hi, so thats not too un usable and better than my clients situation although identical for upload, clearly when uploading files to DB you will choke that 0.96 upload stopping all else.

So you could just go with a wireless solution, only issue is its capped, hence in my clients situation we decided to keep the ADSL and augment it with 4G, that way the intensive uploads are on 4G and normal web browsing/streaming/usage remains on the ADSL which is uncapped.
