A big benefit of Skinny wireless is that it's like a prepay phone plan - if you don't need it for a month or several, just don't top it up. When you want it, top it up. For us this is really useful as we use it in a holiday house that is used a lot over summer but rarely over winter - no need to pay for internet when the house is empty.
