Yeh.. im not a big fan of PFSense. Would probably be better to run RouterOS instead.

Problem I have now is the 10Gig Ethernet SFP's the cheapest I can find them is about $100-$120. I still need to go buy the switch. Prob gonna spend about $1200+ on that and DAC Cables and SFP's.

 

Have you looked at fs.com?  It is often cheaper to import network gear from them than get it in NZ, even with the shipping cost.
