For those having issues with logging into Citrix when on broadband - please try hotspot if you can. 

For me - 2degrees broadband does not work while Spark mobile works.

2Degrees, Spark and One NZ don't appear to be affected.

 

 

 

 

Just had a Teams meeting where one person on 2Degrees had to switch to OneNZ to connect to the meeting.

Let me when it's totally back up so I can switch back to my fibre. :) Work doesn't like me hotspotting too much. They cry about the data usage.

I've got a client where none of them can connect and they are 2D Fibre - I'm 2D fibre and I'm fine. Another on Orcon (Vocus) who couldn't connect, hotspots via his 2D mobile and he's fine.

Weirdly my tracert to outlook.office365.com goes

Weird that mine resolves to SYD........office.com - Theirs to ooc-g2.tm-4.office.com???

I just changed 8.8.8.8 to their primary DNS forwarder and that seems to have "fixed" it - Could be fluke that 2D made a change at the same time?

Bugger - So chances are my DNS change just happened at the same time as a routing change was made upstream.

I've just txt a couple of clients to see if they are back up too.

If I'm reading the graphs correctly on NZIX's metrics page, traffic to Microsoft looks much better now.
