Kinda - doesn't cover the extent of the outage. I'm also down in Paraparaumu but that makes sense seeing it's all going via Wellington.

A Chorus technician has been assigned to the fault and is currently sourcing spares. Current ETA is 13:30hrs 06/06/2025. Next update on status change

Outage as reported by my Sam Knows whitebox - more than one hour of downtime.

 

I'm in Wellington. This is my first outage in 5 years with Voyager.

FWIW..

 

 

 

Christchurch has had a few outages in the past month with Enable.

 

the community Facebook groups went crazy last weekend…. People with outages lasting one to three days.
Many had their issues fixed by enable spending a few minutes either in person (where they couldn’t remotely do it),  or remotely from what I saw in the people posting.

 

and I’ve seen it in other community posts around the city…

 

 

 

 

 

i myself had a 2 day outage last month….

 

im pretty sure its to do with the speed upgrade, but at the time the useless One NZ CSRs didn’t know much about it.

 

mines due to get the boost next week I believe.
