The internet went down on Friday, and the ONT LOS light has been blinking red. I’m unsure if this is due to physical damage to the fibre or if it’s a result of the Enable-related backend issues.

@mAYH3M Have you logged a fault with your ISP?

If its a Red LOS light, then it is not related to the issues that have been discussed in this thread / you need to raise a fault with your ISP if you haven't already.

I rang Slingshot and they informed me that there might be physical damage to the fibre cable.

The issue, I had with lodging a fault with Enable is in-regards to the $130 call-out fee. If there was no internal or external fault on site, then they would charge me for the call-out, and I wasn't sure if LOS had anything to do with ongoing issues.
