Hmmm how do they determine if its a separate dwelling?

 

 

From the chorus material: A building would be considered a minor dwelling (and subject to infill build) if it is self-contained with a separate kitchen, bathroom facilities and own separate power meter. Otherwise, it is classed as an auxiliary building e.g., garage or sleep out.

 

In my experience, if they can run back to the same ETP and are on the same property title with no separate mailbox then the installer will usually have no problem doing it.
