Not many know current price for a ip block.. is about  $9,000 – $15,000 for a  /24  256 IPs in USD this days and it's going up by the day..

 

Interestingly enough IPv4 addresses on the open market seem to have hit a bit of a floor just recently at $18 USD/IP. So still ouch, but less ouch than 6 months ago.
