I'm on the Big Time plan - but there appear to be laods of variables. Today just before lunch I had a download speed of 21mbps so can't complain about that. Other times You Tube streams just fine as does radio but other video is constantly buffering making the video virtually unwatchable. So much depends on your location, what you are downloading and where those downloads come from - as well as the time of day you do it.

Time of the day doesn't matter with me, its been 10-15kbps all day today.

Well hope all goes well on the 20GB plan. I too have Rapidshare Premium and it is possible to download at max speed using the rs2ip method since Telecom throttle the rapidshare.com address.
