It's useful to hear about issues like these with more obscure ISP's so people are forewarned about their service.

Personally Garrian if the service is really that bad I'd look at ways to get out of the contract and change ISP.

Hi there everyone I have been with them since June and I have had totally the opposite to Garrian as far as my bills arriving. My new month starts around either the 20th or 21st and all my bills to date have arrived around the 24th or the 25th of every month. I havent had to ring them to chase my bill or anything. I am on the naked DSL 100GB plan and paying the $109.95 + GST. You also get a voip phoneline included in the plan. Before this I was paying $109.89 including GST for 40GB naked DSL

I've used their wireless service in albany and I recommended it to someone that's using it in hendersen and we've had nothing but good service in our experience, voip has been good too.

Hi there yes they are pretty good really. My son is quite happy with them as he does online gaming and that so if hes happy then I know they are good. We are still on ADSL1 speeds here and our exchange is being upgraded to ADSL2+ next month so will be interesting to see what its like then too.
