Hi,

Im moving off Big time this week for obsessive reasons....

These guys look good

12month contract . anyone can sign onto the business plans...

im thinking of going for 100GB for $109.95 ex GST naked DSL.

Any thoughts? Its $99 to get out of the contract... Hoping someone would have used them before.

I'm in the same boat (telecom Big time user looking for new high GB plan)
I'm going to sign up to nznet's 100GB naked plan soon. will post how it go's. They have a new 200gb naked DSL plan for $139.95 now too.

Really, who needs more than 200gb data a month? I think I understand why bigtime failed, if people were doing more than 200gb a month, well then that's just crazy to think you going to get something for free forever

Hiya, just wondered if you had actually made the move, and if so how is it working out?

Has anyone actually done any business with NZNET?

I'm looking to jump from Telecom Business Pro, I keep going over the 60GB every single month ... it would appear to make sense to go with these guys, 100GB for the same price, why wouldn't you?

I would be interested in them if they can offer same / better speeds than telecom

I dont want to go slingshot because many are complaining off poor speeds and service.

Any feedback on NZ net's service?

Some good looking plans. $10 for 90GB of extra data is a bit of a jump for regular internet users. No information on the webasite about churn charges, contract length etc. Anyone have that information?

DSL Full Install/Naked DSL Install $149.95

From their site...
"All DSL connections cancelled within 12 months are subject to a $99 disconnection fee.
This is the amount charged by the Lines Company and is simply passed on."

Maybe they only offer 12 month contracts.....

Ive never been charged a churn fee across 4 different ISPs, does any ISP still charge them ?

I was given a similar quote. However, I am puzzled by the install fee. The only time I've seen an install fee around $150 for DSL is when a splitter is involved, yet they seem to charge the fee regardless if whether or not a splitter is installed and if DSL is already active on the line.

Hi, has any one been using NZNET yet n are they a good service provider ? I'm in Te KUITI and have just moved here yet now require a broadband provider as I was in Rural an used a Rural provider before and VOIP for phone lines. So I need a good fast provider here in Te KUITI

Many small businesses only have a few people working for them . Many businesses are just one man bands. There are very small margins in the ISP business, so you can't expect them to get more staff, if they don't have the money to pay them. It is a chicken and egg scenario.
