What do tracert's to the addresses of some of the servers you're playing on look like?

Here is a tracert

I am with Telecom Pro plan, Never had any problems with Telecom with re-guarding ping issues its getting out of hand i have tried different modem i just plugged my computer in turned off all services in background that may be using internet still nothing.

Connection Rate is fine

Sounds like a line or house wiring issue, normally the first hop (ie: #2) should be <50ms.

Hi Guys,

Sorry for the late replies, just settling into the the new house. Update: Been working with Telecom on this with their level 2 support and they say because I'm so close to the exchange im experiencing what they call data pausing, they are still working on it at their end, but just yesterday i had about a 45 second pause where I thought we had disconnected but we hadn't then all of a sudden everything loaded instantly. The spiking is still occurring in the evenings, particularly when i play SC2.
