Still no ones on vdsl2 yet as no cabinets are to be upgrade untill dec 2010+

Ahhh, not quite true a very large number (infact a majority I suspect) are fitted with VDSL2 capable cards and are available if Telecom wanted to sell it to you, which they will very shortly.

Cyril

OYa will im pot rewirieing my house plus im not even on a cabinet LOL
cause i dont think they are upgradeing the exchange

Virtually every ISAM in the country gets the new dual mode VDSL2/ADSL(2+) cards whether it's an exchange or cabinet. Whether or not you can get VDSL2 will depend entirely on the distance from the exchange and quality of your line.

If you are on an exchange that is having cabinets added, then the exchange is added as well, as has been noted before you are already on ADSL2+

someone living in those new suburbs told me that the brightspark FTTH offers speed around 30Mbps/5Mbps, and data is charged at $1/GB(Pay what you use.) Sound pretty attractive to me, but it it only to limited people, if you wish to get connect to it, i guess you'd whether move house or pay alot of money yourself to get connected.

and if are 2KM form exchange, you won't be able to get VDSL2, unless you are within the 700M range from a exchange or cabinet

I'm on the MNR/K cabinet which is meant to get vdsl2 in december :D

Just deselect the other two options so your left with only the vdsl2 map

As mentioned before in other threads you have started, you are connected directly to an exchange but around 2km away, Telecom only have a commitment to get you 10Mb/s or more, you are getting 12Mb/s so thats it, so there is no real chance of you being connected to any cabinet. To have your line moved to a cabinet that may physically be closer maybe physically impossible due to the fact that there is no direct cable in the path between your place and that cabinet, meaning its not "your cabinet".
