Here is an easy way to do a trace in text form:
c:\> md temp
c:\> cd temp
c:\temp> tracert www.geekzone.co.nz > x.txt
c:\temp> x.txt
This open the tracert in notepad. Copy and paste the text. It's a lot easier than an image...

So in other words I can not get Orcon+/Redzone because they dont have the equipment installed in the EXCHANGE or CABINET?
Cabinet is it not? I know someone on the same exchange, well according to the telecom maps at least, and he can get the Orcon+ plans while two of us who live closer together about 2.5km away can not.
