I think giving prizes to whoever just voted +1 can lead to someone casting votes left and right even for bad ideas, just to enter.

People will come with their ideas and post the thread. My view is that everyone is interested in having something useful coming out of that - something they'd like to use themselves. Voting is part of the social process here. We might have some spot prizes, but I think those should be a surprise.
