I'm in Palmy and it looks like 100/20 is the only option for me still. I'm with Slingshot if that makes any difference.

Pretty sure the upgrade should be fully complete now. 

Pop your address into the checker on www.chorus.co.nz and see what it says. 

What router do you have? How are you testing your speeds?

Oh no issues with speed at all, I'm still on the gigabit plan.

Was looking at dropping down to the 300/100 if it was actually available at my location (which it is according to the Chorus site).

I'm still getting 100/500.  I just hope one day someone figures it out.
