Got the power cord. Tried hooking up the laptop (Win10) directly. Tried with VLAN ID 0 and 10, PPPoE username/password and skinny/skinny, no luck. Can't get an IP address. Tried GE2 but it is unpowered. Bah. Can't get an IP address from the server. 

 

 

Try the folllowing

 

 

 

User: user@spark.co.nz

 

Password: password

 

 

 

GE1. VLAN10.

 

I do notice there was an issue with the configuration when you did the request.

Yep, hio77 has it right. Can't do abandonment order until after disconnect one is completed, so that's not going to help. VDSL on Monday, and then waiting until Fibre. It's a bit silly, and now we can't get any 12-month contracts unless we stay longer. A flaw in the system. If I was the owner the ONT would be on the street.
