Yeah, have tried a few times but still no go. Speed and IP now seem to be set, someone must be working late at BP :)

7 if i recall correctly.

If you asked for the speed change after ordering, it will likely be a follow up request due to run tomorrow morning.

OK, for some reason my connection is not allowing anything to connect to me. Have tried two diff routers and same issue. Guess I'll have to let BP take a look for me in the morning - but otherwise all good :)

Just making sure (because I have seen this many, many times) you're not forwarding to a Windows PC which has detected a network change and thus put the network interface into public mode?

BigPipe used to be CGNAT right....have BigPipe moved to public IP addresses yet?

If not.... did you request a static IP address (one off $45 charge looking at their FAQs) and I suppose we should check: are you getting one assigned if you did pay for one?

And yes, on static. All sorted now........ I dont seem to have much luck with Huawei routers, always have port forwarding issues with them. Swapped it out for my Zyxel, and everything came up straight away.

Now my job is to build some shelves so everything can be tucked away nicely (server, router etc) and I can claim back my workbench :)
