Yeah, have tried a few times but still no go. Speed and IP now seem to be set, someone must be working late at BP :)

OK, for some reason my connection is not allowing anything to connect to me. Have tried two diff routers and same issue. Guess I'll have to let BP take a look for me in the morning - but otherwise all good :)
Just making sure (because I have seen this many, many times) you're not forwarding to a Windows PC which has detected a network change and thus put the network interface into public mode?

BigPipe used to be CGNAT right....have BigPipe moved to public IP addresses yet?
If not.... did you request a static IP address (one off $45 charge looking at their FAQs) and I suppose we should check: are you getting one assigned if you did pay for one?

Yes, since the move to the main Spark network everyone is now on public IP.
