darylblake:

If the clinic was already on normal fibre before installing hyperfibre

The problem is OP has left it too late - they are moving but did not call their ISP to book the installation or check for services well in advance of the move.

The ISP should be able to liven up a GPON service same day then file a fault to get the missing ONT installed next business day.

sumitsamant: Update: I cancelled the original hyperfibrw connection request and submitted a new 1 gb fibre connection request. They expedited the connection and it went live yesterday. A fault for missing ONT box was then lodged yesterday. Chorus technician is scheduled to come today to install a new box.

I'm grateful for all your comments and suggestions.

Nonetheless, I would not rely on just one line and would consider a redundant internet connection with an additional, different medium (e.g. 5G) as a fallback solution for a medical clinic. 😉
