@Linux I was surprised considering that we will still keep our services with them. I am not well enough to do battle with though.

Yes, 100/20 will be more than enough. Wifi will be your real bottleneck especially if there is any interference e.g. walls between your devices and the router

At that distance, it's just about a certainty that Wifi will NOT bottleneck a 100 Mb/s connection.
